Madras High Court warns of imposing cost of Rs 50,000 on both TN CM Joseph Vijay and Minister Aadhav Arjuna for failing to file applications for rejection of election petition despite seeking time for the same.

Counsel says that the applications are ready but signatures could not be obtained due to assembly session. Assures the court that application will be filed in a day's time and requests not to impose cost.
