Remuneration: Level-10 in pay matrix as per 7th CPC (Rs. 56,100-Rs.1,77,500/-)

Essential Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in law and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.

• Candidate should have 2 years' post qualification experience in the areas of legal/financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims etc. and matters relating to litigation in different Courts of Law/Tribunals preferably in banks/financial institutions and conversant with use of computer and related software.

• Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in recovery related matters including SARFAESI Act etc.
