Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- He/She should be a Retired employee of Central Government/State Government/PSU/Autonomous body having considerable experience of dealing legal matters.
- He/ She must have excellent command on both English & Hindi languages as well as adequate experience of handling matter related to framing of Rules & Regulations in legal parlance and Court cases.
