Who can Apply?
Officers of the Central(including Railways) State Govt. High Courts:
- Holding analogous post on a regular basis, or
- With 3 year's regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300 (pre-revised as per 5th CPC {corresponding Level-13 of 7th CPC pay matrix} or equivalent.
Essential Qualification and Experience:
- Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent, and;
- 10 years experience in Court procedures, Commercial/Railway Claims matters including administrative experience at Gr. "A" level.
