Maximum age limit: 35 years
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Essential Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute of repute.
Desirable Qualification: Master’s Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute of repute. Preference will be given to candidates possessing a Patent Agent license.
Experience: Should have adequate practical education and experience for 3-4 years especially in the required field of legal work, IPR claim submission and monitoring.
