Supreme Court hears plea challenging the Transgender Persons Act.
Counsel: the fundamental issue is that they have completely missed the whole definition of transgender. A transgender person for example I may be biologically male having male gonads but in my mind I believe that I am a woman. That is the fundamental thing. They made it completely opposite saying it is physical. Only intersex people are actually recognised.
