Breaking: Bombay High Court indicates that it will grant bail to Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde) corporator Ramesh Mhatre booked for assautling three doctors while on duty.

A division bench of Acting Chief Justice Ravindra Ghuge and Justice Gautam Ankhad noted that the investigation in the case is almost over and a chargesheet is likely to be filed within 15 days.

Sr Adv Kapil Sibal (for Uddhav faction): I was on the list of dates. On 26.07.2022, a meeting was held...as per minutes, it was presided over by Eknath Shinde and attended by 2 Shiv Sena leaders...They themselves changed 2018 constitution. Argument is that constitution does not exist.
