Mohanty advises issuers, intermediaries and other market participants on matters relating to equity capital markets, securities law and listed company advisory. He brings experience from both private practice and an in-house legal role at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), giving him experience across transactional, regulatory and corporate advisory matters.

According to the firm, his appointment will strengthen its Capital Markets and Securities Law practice and enhance its corporate capabilities in Mumbai. His addition is also expected to expand the firm's ability to advise clients across the full lifecycle of capital markets transactions.
