ASG Anil Kaushik: It's a state subject. 17 states have done

Order: 17 States/UTs have already notified cancer as notified disease...in light of recommendations made by Parliamentery Standing Committee in 109th Report. We direct remaining States/UTs to consider the abovestated recommendations and take apt. decision. Compliance affidavits to be filed.
