GK Kumar: There's no issue of withdrawal of consent here. This is under PMLA

CJI: Or we handover investigation to some central agency

GK Kumar: Let them file a reply. ED says we should not proceed. They are saying their officer is sought to be wrongly prosecuted.

CJI: We are not going to vacate stay. We will decide main case itself. State is fighting against ED tooth and nail...question is who should believe the allegations. If allegations are correct, let them be investigated by central agency. Not ED, but another.
