On the occasion of International Labour Day, the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, under the guidance of Executive Chairman, Justice S. Chandrashekhar, launched a week-long campaign starting from May 1, 2025, to provide legal services to workers in the unorganized sector.

As part of the campaign, 1,175 awareness camps on labour rights were organized in industrial areas, construction sites and agricultural markets. During these camps, workers were informed about minimum wages, working hours, worker compensation, social security schemes, and labour laws.

A total of 51,634 workers were reached through these camps. Additionally, with the co-operation of the Labour Department, 9,045 workers from the unorganized sector were registered on the e-Shram portal and other welfare schemes, and cards were issued to them under this special drive.
