The Central Government has notified the appointment of two advocates as Additional Judges of the Madras High Court.
The two advocates are:
1. N Senthilkumar
2. G Arul Murugan
"In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint S/Shri (i) N. Senthilkumar and (ii) G. Arul Murugan, to be Additional Judges of the Madras High Court for a period of two years, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices," the notification read.
The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended their appointment as Additional Judges in July this year.
