The Central Government has notified the appointment of five Judicial Officers as Additional Judges of the Karnataka High Court.
They are:
- Shivashankar Amarannavar
- Makkimane Ganeshaiah Uma
- Vedavyasachar Srishananda
- Hanchate Sanjeevkumar
- Padmaraj Nemachandra Desai
They will assume their respective offices for a period of two years, in the above order of seniority.
The SC Collegium had recommended their elevation vide resolution dated April 20.
