The Centre on Wednesday notified the appointments of four advocates as additional judges of the Bombay High Court.
They are :
- Avinash Gunwant Gharote
- Nitin Bhagawantrao Suryawanshi
- Anil Satyavijay Kilor
- Milind Narendra Jadhav.
They will assume office in the above order of seniority and will hold position for two years.
The SC Collegium had recommended the elevation of these four names along with the name of Madhav Jamdar as Bombay HC judges on March 25.
The name of Madhav Jamdar is conspicuous by its absence in Wednesday's notification.
