In a recent notice dated 29th November 2023, the Patna High Court has officially announced the successful migration and restart of e-Filing services to version 3.0. This development comes as a continuation of the earlier notice dated 9th November 2023.
Effective immediately, all new filings will have to be submitted through the upgraded e-Filing version 3.0. The designated URL for accessing the e-Filing portal is https://filing.ecourts.gov.in. To assist the lawyers and party-in-person, a comprehensive help manual and instructional videos are made available on the portal.
